A Violet Fancy: A Short Story Collection

this book is a collection of short stories and novella. I notice that most of the stories deals with sadness or on the negative side, but honestly, some of these, would really make you appreciate life more and realize the littlest things that really matter. The stories range from relationships, medieval women, men vs. women, hardship, love, marriage, abuse, infidelity, betrayal, childhood memories and lessons to teens based on experiences.
because of the author's experiences as her basis, the story was more vivid and filled with vibrancy and right amount of page-goers.
Some of the story could be developed into more awesome ones.

I was hooked with some of the stories but it was the author's own story that piqued my attention. Sharing her story could really help those who are still struggling for addiction, and it was awesome that she had hoped for others to do the same by writing her own.

I also want to appreciate the cover, it was the first thing that got my attention.:) ( )

you can find your own copy here!

Limerick

wish it was a lil bit longer..it's a cliffhanger...and would really urge you to read the next sequel of the book, i can't wait for it...

too bad, i thought the stalker, or the lady of the lake(Fake),,,will have more exposes rather than just at the end..and giving us the idea that she is brennen's step sister, and besides her reason was not yet unknown...but then maybe,...it was really meant to be like that,..for the next sequel will answer my many questions..and then the gorgeous Luca,..what will happen to him...

Good thing, i thought zoe is just her bestfriend, but then it really was a surprising thing that she and her sister is so much more than that...read the book and find out yourself..

and by the way... liam's true character has not yet rally unrevealed..there so much more,..the story is keeping...

it was a great book, though only for short read...i wish8x,...it will become a novel...

the story is full of twist, unpredictable but still enjoyable...

highly recommended..!:D

Jensen hoped she’d never need Shimmerspell again. But now someone is stalking her, someone claiming to be the Lady of the Lake. To make matters worse, witches and dragons have come out to play. And Jensen must figure out how to harness her power and accept her destiny before she ends up losing everyone she loves.

SHIMMERSPELL

i purchased the book Limerick-the sequel of shimmerspell through member giveaways program yesterday, but since i haven't read yet the first book, i decided to read first shimmerspell, and i also purchased it since it's free on smashwords...

and guess what?! i finish reading it yesterday too.:D

Honestly, what really lures me to this novella, is the cover of the book, it's really awesome, and it can pique attentions of teens like me...
well, the storyline of the book as well as its cover didn't disappoint me.. it's a really new story about faeries this time, and not about vampires which is what really common nowadays...

the characters are really cool, though you can just count them, it's really a novella,lol.., it's a really short one, the story is thrilling that's why i never stop until i finish...it's worth everybody's time... i just wish, that maybe it was a bit longer like the twilight saga...i think, if the author keeps up writing like this, and improving the next stories, then this might set the next trend of bestseller books-FAERIES!...i'll be reading limerick tonight...:D
