Cover Unveiled: Need by Stephanie Lawton

Need
By Stephanie Lawton
Published by Inkspell Publishing
Release date: May 17, 2013

Synopsis:

Isaac Laroche is cursed. All he wants to do is hide out and feel sorry for himself. Never mind that he got caught sleeping with his seventeen-year-old piano student, or that he abandoned her when the truth was exposed.
Isaac’s feisty high school sweetheart has different plans. Heather Swann has returned to their hometown of Mobile, Alabama, to regroup after breaking up with her troll of a fiancé. She’s restless and looking for a diversion, but she bites off more than she can chew when she sets her sights on rehabilitating Isaac with her unorthodox sexual, mental, and physical plans.
The two quickly reconnect, but their happiness is threatened by family secrets, old vendettas and the death of a beloved father-figure.
Can Heather handle Isaac’s baggage, or will her own come back to haunt them both?

Author bio:
After collecting a couple English degrees in the Midwest, Stephanie Lawton suddenly awoke in the deepest reaches of the Deep South. Culture shock inspired her to write about Mobile, Alabama, her adopted city, and all the ways Southern culture, history and attitudes seduce the unsuspecting.
A lover of all things gothic, she can often be spotted photographing old cemeteries, historic buildings and, ironically, the beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast. She also has a tendency to psychoanalyze people, which comes in handy when creating character profiles.

COVER THOUGHTS:

I love the cover, it perfectly complements the first book WANT. I love that we got the look of Isaac Laroche. And also, the blue and the atmosphere of this book is very manly. I love the emphasis on the piano keys.

What do you think?

I love the covers for this series. The colors are great, the circle theme is awesome. I think it was well-thought. The new cover complement the former. The spider web and the roots, the background and font. Plus, it really tells what happened in the book.>:D It's eerily beautiful, just saying.

Praise for The Obvious Game:

"THE OBVIOUS GAME is a fearless, honest, and intense look into the psychology of anorexia. The characters—especially Diana--are so natural and emotionally authentic that you’ll find yourself yelling at the page even as you’re compelled to turn it." -- Coert Voorhees, author of LUCKY FOOLS and THE BROTHERS TORRES

"Let’s be clear about one thing: there’s nothing obvious about The Obvious Game. Arens has written a moving, sometimes heart-breaking story about one girl’s attempt to control the uncontrollable. Cover Unveiled+ Giveaway: Bewitched by Mark Harris

"Bewitched is spell-binding! A highly-unique page-turner that hooks you from the first paragraph. With complex characters and unexpected twists and turns, Harris delivers and leaves you hoping for more!" - Stephanie Keyes, author, The Star Child series
The book releases on 4th March, 2013

Is it love or is it witchcraft? He’ll never find out if he kills her first.

What does he do now, since he’s almost positive Samantha is a witch…and he’s crushing on her pretty hard?

MY THOUGHTS:

let's just be honest, the cover's pretty, almost like it's already meant to be a bestseller. The Blurb? Fantastic, a hero meant to obey the ancient order, but falls hard to the witch he should be killing. **Sigh**.. can't wait to read this one!
